Eastern Berks Fire was dispatched along with Boyertown and New Hanover on the initial alarm to assist Gilbertsville on a Structure Fire and Hazardous Materials Incident at Global Metals on County Line Rd in Douglass Montco.
Multiple companies from Montgomery and Berks County as well as the Montco Haz Mat team eventually responded for the two alarms incident. EBFD apparatus on scene included: Rescue Engine 97, Engine 97, Tankers 97 & 97-1.
